Kistamässan has a fantastic location between Stockholm and Arlanda. You can quickly get here by subway, commuter train, car, or bus. By train, it takes 12 minutes from Stockholm Central and 20 minutes from Arlanda Airport. From central Stockholm, the journey by commuter train takes 18 minutes and with the subway’s blue line it takes about 20 minutes. Kistamässan is directly connected to the E4 and E18 and there are plenty of parking spaces for easy transport from all over Sweden. read more here

ATTENTION! Right now we have reduced parking opportunities due to a significant infrastructure project led by the City of Stockholm and the Swedish Transport Administration.
Therefore, we encourage everyone to use public transport as much as possible when visiting the Kist Fair. Plan your trip here.

PARKING TAX
Fee every day 00-24

  • SEK 50 per hour started
  • SEK 150 for 12 hours
  • SEK 200 for 24 hours

The parking machines accept both payment cards and text messages. No cash.

Due to the limited parking available, we offer pick-up via shuttle buses.

Pick-up takes place at Kistagallerian at Jan Stenbeck square (on the east side) and goes up to Kistamässan.

Since we are a pure B2B meeting place, we unfortunately cannot accept students.

On site

Yes, there is a guarded cloakroom at the fair.

Pets are not allowed at Kistamässan. This does not apply to guide dogs.

Our restaurants are run by KM Restauranger, the restaurants behind NK restauranger. They focus on locally produced and organic ingredients and the menus have an emphasis on Scandinavian food, but influences from all corners of the world.

Regardless of whether you are planning an exclusive dinner or a larger mingling party for several thousand guests, together we can realize your ideas.

The permanent restaurant business is located next to hall 1 and has room for 320 people, in our Bistro outside hall 2 there are 150 seats. Inside the halls, there is also a fixed serving area for a café and simpler food service. For larger catering solutions, mobile kitchen and bar units are used, which are brought out as needed.

Entrance ticket

No, entry to the fair is free for you in the industry. Note, however, that some courses and in-depth seminars may cost money.

Program

No, you do not need to register for lectures. However, pre-registration may be required for certain courses and in-depth seminars.

By train

Subway:Take subway blue line 11 from the T-centre towards Akalla. Get off at Kista - journey time 17 minutes. From Kista Centrum's subway station, it is then a 12-minute walk to Kistamässan. Follow the signs to Kistamässan. Commuter train:Take the commuter train from Stockholm Central Station towards Uppsala, Upplands Väsby or Märsta. Get off at Helenelund station - travel time 13 minutes. Right now, work is underway on the reconstruction of the footpaths and cycle paths around Kistamässan. Read more on Region Stockholm's website for the latest updates. From Helenelund station, it is then a 5-minute walk to Kistamässan. Follow the signs towards Kistamässan. By car

Right now we have reduced parking opportunities due to a major infrastructure project led by the City of Stockholm and the Swedish Transport Administration. We therefore encourage everyone to use public transport as much as possible when you visit Kistamässan.E4 Northbound:Take the KISTA S exit from E4 to drive onto Kymlingelänken/väg 279. Keep to the right and follow the signs for Kistamässan . Turn left at the traffic lights signposted towards Kistamässan. Drive straight ahead in the roundabout towards Torshamnsgatan and signs towards Kistamässan. Drive straight ahead on Torshamnsgatan at the traffic lights. Turn right onto Strömögatan and follow the signs towards Kistamässan.E4 Södergände:Take off from E4 at exit KISTA S. Turn right at the second exit and follow signs towards Kistamässan. Drive right at the roundabout towards Torshamnsgatan and signs towards Kistamässan. Drive straight ahead on Torshamnsgatan at the traffic lights. Turn right onto Strömögatan and follow the signs for Kistamässan.

By bus

Our contribution to a sustainable environment and low climate impact is about as many people as possible choosing public transport over the car, as often as possible. And for shorter distances, cycling or a walk is a good alternative where you also get exercise and at the same time contribute to better air and less traffic congestion. By airplane

ArlandaFrom Arlanda, the easiest way to get to Kistamässan is by commuter train. Go in the direction of Stockholm and get off at Helenelund station (just over twenty minutes in travel time). From Helenelund station, it is about a five-minute walk to Kistamässan. Another option is to go by taxi. We recommend that you choose one of the larger taxi companies in Stockholm to get the best possible price for your trip.
