About us
In 2004, we began by installing 4,500 wireless electricity and temperature sensors at Lindesbergsbostäder. We have long been known for our wireless temperature measurement with a 20-year battery life and excellent range through walls and ceilings inside buildings. This is a product that property owners across the country have discovered the benefits of. Today, we manage data collection regardless of technology, communication method, or brand within a property. We have the tools for collecting information, but also the expertise on how to use it to become a more efficient property owner. Curves is our software for individual measurement, regardless of the measurement technology.
Because our solutions are open and easy to implement in both new and existing buildings, we are an attractive supplier and can steadily grow in an expanding market. Today, we have offices in Örebro, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Norrköping and Umeå. We are currently the largest in individual measurement in terms of revenue and workforce. We are proud to be present in properties all across Sweden.

livscykelkostnad. Med upp till 20 års batteritid är vi ledande vad gäller livslängd på trygghetssensorer. EcoGuard fortsätter att säkra upp dina fastigheter på ett smidigt sätt. De nya sensorerna kopplas enkelt samman med Curves som håller reda på status och att sensorerna fungerar som de ska. Molntjänsten Curves levererar status och larm via mail eller SMS. Brandvarnaren har inbyggd funktionskontroll och levereras med 8 eller 10 års batteritid. Läckagesensorn berättar när ett läckage förekommer för att möjliggöra snabba åtgärder. Statussensorn kan användas för att säkerställa att teknisk utrustning som t.ex. fläktar eller system för avisning fungerar. EcoGuards trygghetsprodukter fokuserar på din och dina hyresgästers trygghet samt minimerar behovet av dyra och tidskrävande kontroller så att du kan fokusera på annat.

Varje kvartal eller månad förser EcoGuard bostadsrättsföreningens ekonomiska förvaltare med debiteringsunderlag så att de boende kan aviseras för sin faktiska elförbrukning.
