Account Manager

Responsibilities and duties:

Execute account-based sales process effectively in order to meet Smartvatten’s growth objectives. Maintain a strong focus on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top account list whilst also accelerating existing opportunities. Secure and expand Smartvatten’s existing business via property owners with nationally spread portfolios.
Build strong networks of long-term relationships with stakeholders within the property owner industry

We expect:
Relevant experience and a strong networking skills within the real estate industry.
A strong track record of reaching and sustaining operational results and evidence of career success.
Full professional proficiency in English. Additional language skills are considered assets.
A self-driven as well as team-orientated person who inspires confidence among external and internal audiences with different interest groups.
An open, energetic, practical and “hands-on” style with direct communication to all parties.
A sales professional with strong integrity and ethical standards.
