Why do you think it\u2019s important to be a part of FastighetsM\u00e4ssan Stockholm 2025?<\/strong>
\nWe love meeting our customers! Seeing and talking to people who are involved in property management is the best part for us. We also want to spread our message\u2014there are still those who don\u2019t know that there are alternative ways to work with floor surfaces in public spaces. You could say we enjoy discussing this\u2026 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

What are you most looking forward to as an exhibitor at the fair?<\/strong>
\nAll the great giveaways. Just kidding! Meeting people from the real estate industry! We look forward to talking and listening to how people work and what their needs are. We also want to showcase and explain how we handle the renovation of existing floors in public spaces. That usually leads to a lot of “aha” moments.<\/p>\n

What trends do you see in the industry right now?<\/strong>
\nReuse and resource-saving initiatives are, of course, a recurring and established trend.<\/p>\n

When you think about the future of the real estate industry, what comes to mind?<\/strong>
\nWe envision a future where “throwaway” gives way to “care and preserve.” Instead of tearing everything down and starting over, we hope the real estate industry will focus on optimizing what already exists. We see a sector where sustainability and creativity go hand in hand\u2014and we are ready to do our part!<\/p>\n

What products or services will you be showcasing at the fair?<\/strong>
\nWe will demonstrate how we at H\u00e5llbar Teknik work to reduce costs and CO2 through our approach to managing floor surfaces in public spaces. We renew both the appearance and functionality of floors, but based on the existing material. In other words, it\u2019s a renovation of the surface layer.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
