LA Roofing we work to remove moss, algae and lichen from the roof mechanically with a scraper. Broken roof tiles are replaced and gutters are emptied. The roof is then treated against growth with an appropriate pesticide.
High demands are placed on you as a contractor in terms of accuracy, problem solving, efficiency and that you always work to exceed the customer’s expectations. The contractors are the ones who work closest to our end customer and are thus the face of the company. Contact with the customer is a large part of the work and as a contractor you are responsible for ensuring that the customer is treated in a professional and courteous manner.
Promoting good cooperation between other employees and always acting positively and coaching are qualities that we value highly.
